NCTC Company Store Catalog [pdf]

The company store is open!

Staff will be able to order from the company store on paydays. A catalog will be available for viewing at both training centers and group homes throughout the month and on the day paychecks are issued, employees will be able to place their order from the catalog on the order forms provided. A lot of the items are available right away, but some will have to be ordered.

Staff may use cash to pay for items or NCTC bucks. NCTC bucks will be given out by supervisors to employees when they feel they deserve an extra pat on the back.

The anniversary items that employees receive for longevity will only be able to be purchased by the staff members that have exceeded that number of years.

Supervisors will still have the option of giving other items to staff instead of the bucks.
