The Nemaha County Training Center, Inc. Day Service program is licensed by the State Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services and serves individuals with mental retardation or similar developmental disabilities, age 18 and older.

Community Living Services exist to assist individuals in securing appropriate and affordable housing and to provide training and support in areas needed to live in and be a part of the community

The Community Living Services division offers services through a supported living environment where individuals live in their own home or apartment, with NCTC staff providing support when needed and/or desired. NCTC also offers services through a group living environment. Training is provided in the areas of grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, house cleaning, personal hygiene, health management, finance management, leisure time activities, accessing existing community resources, etc.
